Our pricing is benchmarked against 2025/2026 KSA market rates from JLL, Compass PC, Mordor Intelligence, and IMARC Group — then priced 10% below. Because we operate across sectors, our overhead per project is lower and we pass those savings to clients. All prices exclude 15% VAT and are confirmed in writing before project start.

All YTL solutions are designed with Saudi regulations as a baseline. This includes: Saudi Building Code (SBC), ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, NCA Essential Controls (cybersecurity), PDPL (data protection), Nitaqat/Qiwa (labor), MoHRSD, Civil Defense, and MoH standards. We are currently pursuing ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications (target: Q3 2025).

The assessment generates a branded PDF report including: your business profile, a gap analysis across YTL's 6 sectors, your top 3 priority recommendations with service mapping, a suggested engagement roadmap, and estimated investment ranges. The report is emailed instantly and a copy is saved securely for your follow-up consultation.

Standard terms are 50% advance, 40% upon project milestone, and 10% upon final handover. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month. We accept IBAN bank transfer, STC Pay, Mada, and major credit cards. A signed agreement is required before any project begins.

Our primary operational base is Riyadh, with strong coverage across KSA for engineering, logistics, and IT services. Remote digital services (web development, AI, consulting, branding) are delivered to clients across the Kingdom and internationally. For on-site services outside Riyadh, please contact us to discuss mobilization feasibility.
